Pediatric Advance Life Support Classes may be required by your workplace or as part of ongoing professional development. At NorCal Emergency Medical Training we offer Pediatric Advanced Life Support classes in Sacramento, Roseville, and Rancho Cordova.

Whatever your field of specialization is, the topic of pediatric advanced life support is difficult to think about simply because no one wants to consider the thought of children having severe medical emergencies. However, this is a fact of life and an unfortunately common occurrence. With Pediatric Advanced Life Support classes, you will learn how to improve outcomes for children who are having medical emergencies, especially cardiovascular emergencies.

Dressing cardiovascular emergencies in children effectively and in a timely manner is of vital importance. Brain damage can happen when the brain is deprived of blood flow for only a short amount of time. In  young children, even minor brain damage can have a deep impact on the rest of their life. Maximizing positive outcomes for children in medical emergencies means acting quickly and taking correct actions. With Pediatric Advanced Life Support classes from NorCal Emergency Medical Training, you will learn advanced interventions to maximize positive outcomes for pediatric patients.
